Refund Policy \u2013 Digital Spark RM<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>

At Digital Spark RM<\/strong>, we are committed to providing quality digital services and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have specific refund conditions. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing any order.<\/span><\/p>

\u2705 General Refund Conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

  1. Order Processing Conflicts<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    • Once an order is placed, you must not use another provider<\/strong> for the same service while the order is in progress.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • If overlapping services are detected from other providers during the process, your order will be marked complete<\/strong>, and no refund or guarantee<\/strong> will be applicable.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

    • Partial Completion Refunds<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

      • If your order is only partially completed<\/strong>, you will receive a refund for the unfulfilled portion<\/strong> only.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • For example, if you paid for 1,000 followers but only received 800, you will be refunded for the remaining 200.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Username Changes During Service<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

        • If you change your username<\/strong> (or profile link) while your order is being processed, the order will be considered automatically complete<\/strong>, and no further support or refund<\/strong> will be provided.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Please ensure your username remains unchanged until the service is fully completed.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Username Changes After Order Completion<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

          • After an order is completed, if you change your username and later request support<\/strong>, no guarantee or service correction will be offered.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Once an order is marked as complete, any changes made by you (such as username, profile visibility, content deletion, etc.) are your responsibility<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>

            5. Refill System Policy<\/span>

            • All services come with a 30-day refill guarante<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/li>

            • If any drop occurs within 30 days from the order placed date, we will refill the order free of cost<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/li>

            • After 30 days<\/strong>, we cannot provide any refill, replacement, or refund under any circumstances. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>

              • If your account is deleted, suspended, or made private<\/strong> during the service delivery.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

              • If the service fails due to platform policy violations<\/strong> (e.g., buying followers for a banned or restricted account).<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
