Refund Policy – Digital Spark RM

At Digital Spark RM, we are committed to providing quality digital services and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have specific refund conditions. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing any order.


General Refund Conditions

  1. Order Processing Conflicts

    • Once an order is placed, you must not use another provider for the same service while the order is in progress.

    • If overlapping services are detected from other providers during the process, your order will be marked complete, and no refund or guarantee will be applicable.

  2. Partial Completion Refunds

    • If your order is only partially completed, you will receive a refund for the unfulfilled portion only.

    • For example, if you paid for 1,000 followers but only received 800, you will be refunded for the remaining 200.

  3. Username Changes During Service

    • If you change your username (or profile link) while your order is being processed, the order will be considered automatically complete, and no further support or refund will be provided.

    • Please ensure your username remains unchanged until the service is fully completed.

  4. Username Changes After Order Completion

    • After an order is completed, if you change your username and later request support, no guarantee or service correction will be offered.

    • Once an order is marked as complete, any changes made by you (such as username, profile visibility, content deletion, etc.) are your responsibility.

      5. Refill System Policy

      • All services come with a 30-day refill guarante

      • If any drop occurs within 30 days from the order placed date, we will refill the order free of cost

      • After 30 days, we cannot provide any refill, replacement, or refund under any circumstances. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • If incorrect or invalid details (such as wrong username or broken link) are provided during the order.

  • If your account is deleted, suspended, or made private during the service delivery.

  • If you demand a refund after receiving the full service as per your order.

  • If the service fails due to platform policy violations (e.g., buying followers for a banned or restricted account).


💡 Important Notes

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be issued within 3–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • For any refund-related request, you must contact our support team with your transaction ID and valid proof.


⚠️ Final Responsibility Disclaimer

It is the client’s full responsibility to maintain the stability of their account (such as username, visibility, content) throughout the duration of the service. Once a service is marked as delivered or completed, Digital Spark RM is not liable for any changes or losses caused by third-party interference or client-side actions.
